  • The architecture takes cues from the function of a luxury hotel. Arrival at the porte-cochere, entry to the dramatic double-height lobby, and facilities such as the resident’s lounge provide amenity not typically found in residential developments.

Generously sized apartments provide contemporary living spaces that maximise sunlight views and privacy. The landscaped garden setting provides a sanctuary from the active street frontage whilst recognising the important proximity to the gateway of the city.

The building interfaces with the street frontages of Northbourne Avenue and Lowanna Street by adressing circulation centrally through the site and addressing the public footpath to the East. This enables private permeability for residents and encourages a sense of activation through the area. Key to this intention is the future connection to the Light Rail route.
