  • The proposed mixed use development is designed to further consolidate the higher density residential precinct, lying close to the light rail stop in the heart of Gungahlin Town Centre. The development proposes a total of 169 different size apartments on top of 5 levels of Carpark (2 levels of Basement + 3 levels of Podium Carpark) and 1300sqm of commercial tenancy at ground level.

The architectural design is carefully considered to provide two new residential towers stepped to match and balance the heights of towers on adjoin blocks (under construction). This stepped and matching building group creates a strong and well considered residential precinct that optimizes the site’s excellent location, directly opposite the Yerrabi lake and open spaces.

The development and design opportunity is rare both in terms of locational attributes, its distance from existing lower scale residential areas and its close proximity to the new light rail station in the town centre. The design also compliments the curved character of the Infinity Towers (adjoining development) while adding a new identity to the ensemble of buildings.
