  • This project initiated by the ACT Government resulted from a land swap with the Commonwealth that enabled the ACT to explore the long held dream of taking Kingston and the community to the Lake edge.

In winning the National Ideas Competition we were given the opportunity to test our strategic urban design theories and design principles, particularly around urban structure, mixed use, urban density and resurrecting the original ideas about “Urban Canberra” articulated by the Griffins almost a century ago.

Stewart Architecture have been engaged as architects for two prestigious DOMA developments at the Kingston Foreshore – Bridgepoint and Dockside.
