Stewart Architecture have been engaged to design and submit a Development Application for the former service station site. Adjacent to the Campbell community & shopping centre our design envisages buildings suitably sited within the established local context.
Two options have been prepared for discussion:
- Option 01 Residential apartments & commercial tenancies up to 6 storeys.
- Option 02 Residential townhouses up to 4 storeys.
