  • The 60 unit residential / retail project optimises density while providing an elevated landscaped garden court as the focus and main address point for the residential development. This garden is designed as an extension of the lakefront Casurina Park and forms the forecourt to the project, providing most residences with a landscaped vista to the lake. Private courtyards are located around the circumference of the central garden court, which provides mediation to the height of the buildings.

    The architecture is distinctly modern with clean lines and a scale appropriate for the new Beissel Street address. The result is a development in Belconnen which offers convenient urban lifestyle.

All residences are designed and oriented to capture lake views and northern sunshine. The design optimises natural cross ventilation allowing cool breezes in summer and solar heat gain in winter.
